Whatisthisgame is planning a live event to correlate with the ARGFest dates in Boston so that those who participate in the ARGFest can also participate in the live event.
Here are the latest instructions:
"It is my duty to inform you that I will be present in Boston in July. My employer has requested that I oversee the event and release specific details over the course of the next few weeks. For those who are attending, I can tell you that the event will take place on Saturday July 19 in the late afternoon/early evening and will last between 2-3 hours approximately.
Consider this an open invitation to any player who is able to attend. I am to make it clear that the event IS OPTIONAL and if you are unable to attend, there will be an opportunity later in the game to acquire the key that players will be trying to locate, but obtaining it in Boston will give you an advantage over the other players. It should also be pointed out that there are 11 other keys to find before the end of the game.
I will have more details on the event as it gets closer, and will require some information from REGISTERED PLAYERS who ARE ATTENDING so that I can give you final instructions once you reach Boston. So if you plan to attend, please send me a private message and I will get back to you with the list of information I require.
