On 3/6/08, The Host releases a message:
The Battle Lines have been drawn. The objectives made clear. For each side has their own story to tell, and are about to create the second step in truly sealing my legacy without me having to do a damn thing other than sit here and write this.1
My rules are simple. Follow the clues. Find one of two safes I have hidden. Each contains the same contents. When one safe has been opened, the other will be destroyed simultaneously. Only one will be lucky enough to find it and claim their fifteen minutes of fame.
Should it be one of my followers, I trust whoever it is will do the right thing with what they will find. If however, anyone else finds it, I would most unfortunately lose. Something they all want to see happen. Losing means a long trial, or what would please them even more, my death.
So quick to be judge and jury on someone you know nothing about.
So be it. You have your chance to do something about it for once, we will all see whether you can make good on it.
Nothing is as it appears. Time is on my side. I am not who anyone thinks I am. I do not crave power nor money, as I have had both and am far from without.
